Helen. I usually delete those pingbacks as soon I see them so you must’ve got in before I had a chance. Of course, now others are going to be wondering what we’re talking about but that’s ok - a little mystery never hurt anybody I’m glad you’ve joined in the list… will be over to read yours soon.

Beanpole. They can be if I leave them, yes, but I try to dig them out regularly, before they get too painful. I tried a chiropodist once but she didn’t do anything I can’t do myself and I get a strange sense of satisfaction out of digging them out.

Got to your blog via Cherry Rolfe’s. My! what an interesting site. I will be sure to come back. The people collection list is a unique idea, but I am afraid I have too many collections already and people are quite messy especially in blogland. For a writer I think that is a wonderful idea!

Caroline. I just thought it would be an idea if we all left that paragraph in our posts so that those we tag know that they don’t have to come up with anything sensational. Have just got back from London but will pop over and have a look at your list later

Leo. That Caroline’s a mine of good ideas, isn’t she?

Sue. Yeah, that’s the idea - other writers can approach us about anything we list. Mind you, I’ve already had two writers approach me about things I have in my ‘about me’ page (my photographic memory and why I can drink as much as I like without getting drunk). Looking forward to your list

I’ve just caught up with your post that’s prompted this. It’s an excellent idea! So, are we all agreeing that we’re happy to discuss any of the five things we’re listing if a writer needs help?
